The Meaning of the Results
The most important meaning of all the results is in my opinion the feedback given by it. A bad result gives a direction in which you can try to learn something.
The "self test" and de "boss test" are published only shortly on the net. Only when significant numbers of tests are filled in it becomes possible to make some statistical analysis.
For the time being I would recommend that:
 | project leaders and middle managers should minimally score a "7" |
| top managers and members of the board should score an "8" |
